Leader? Me? I haven´t led anything since Wyld Life! Well maybe a few group projects since I seem to always get stuck with an unproductive group and I was a supervisor at Subway (but that didn´t mean anything really....just more money).
Today I got the call. The one that said, ¨Kristen, you are our new leader.¨
Shift leader to be exact. What does that mean you say? WHO KNOWS! =)
I will be getting a pay raise and I will also be splitting my 40 hours in the office and on the floor working with clients. Not sure entirely what the split will be, but any split will be a nice change of pace for my mental stability (kidding - kind of) and my physical stability (back).
Wish me luck. I am nervous.
