Planking

Sometimes I have this huge urge to just plank. Is that strange? Here I am, sitting at work helping people and I just want to plank. You are either thinking, "She's crazy" OR "Is that what they are calling it these days?" No I am not crazy and no it isn't what we are calling it - we just call that sex. ANYHOW...planking is the lazy man's version of a push-up. Below is what it looks like. And my body will someday be that way too! Toned like that I mean. Not that tall, she's tall. I'm short.


But i do like to do it and I can't figure out why I am always thinking about it and wanting to do it...how weird!
